I'm Brendan Maddison. I bring years of experience across Defence and enterprise, with a background spanning business analysis, process modelling, reporting and digital workplace improvements. I also have first-hand experience as a small business owner, bringing an owner's perspective to the advice I give. I work collaboratively: understand how people do the work, map what is happening, then help leave behind processes and tools the team can maintain.
